5 Minute Workouts and French Fries

Sorry I have been MIA lately. I have been busy working on websites and working toward my health goals. I am very active at the Active For Life program. I am back at the gym at work (which is free, I love free).

My co-workers sent me a couple of good websites to help you become more healthy and I thought that I would share.

5 minute workouts with Bob Harper. I am going to start doing some of these. Maybe I can shrink my tummy before April with the Desk Crunches.

I have to say that watching the Olympics is giving me some incentive to get to the gym. You will never see me on skis or ice skates, but I would like to be that healthy.
