I have been hearing the same thing on the new reports today. To lose weight you have to cut down on and burn up more calories than you eat.
No matter what diet program you use, in order to lose the pounds you want, you have to eat less and burn more. It is best to eat a variety of foods that consist of more fresh fruits and vegetables and some lean meat. Cut down or even cut out sugars, butter, high fat meat.
One other report that I have been hearing today is alcohol can increase the risk of cancer for women. Even those who drink only one drink a day can significantly increase their risk of a number of different types of cancer.
Yes, there is a study that shows moderate alcohol consumption can reduce heart disease, thyroid cancer, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and renal cell cancer.
What do you do? That is up to you. The more educated you are about your body and how it reacts to what you put in your mouth, the better you can make these kinds of decisions.
